Hog Roast

Beautifully stationed appetizer selections for a casual reception. The package includes:

- Spinach Artichoke Dip with house-made flour tortilla chips
- Mini Sandwich Station: chef carvedHoney Ham and Oven Roasted Turkey, prepared as mini sandwiches on our fresh baked Dinner Rolls. Sandwiches will include a selection of sliced cheeses and variety of spreads and sauces.

A beautifully decorated Italian-themed sauté station. Your guests can create the perfect pasta dish, sautéed by our chefs, just for them. Treat your guests to dinner and a show with this flaming, personalized cooking station. Pasta Ingredients include:
- Assorted Vegetables: bell peppers, onion, spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, olives, diced tomato
- Assorted Meats: chicken, mini meatballs, Italian sausage
- Assorted Pastas: penne, farfalle, and linguine *Gluten Free Pasta Available*

Add a sizzling Mexican Flair to your event! Made to order fajitas: guests select their favorite fajita ingredients and have them flash fried just for them. Fajita selections include: steak strips, chicken strips, slow cooked shredded pork, tricolor bell peppers, onions, jack and cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, black olives, sour cream, fresh salsa, guacamole, and salsa verde. The meal also includes:
