Lemonade Stand
Treat your guests to a refreshing glass of Lemonade or Sweet Tea while they await the arrival of the bride and groom. Includes: Fresh Lemonade, Sweet Tea, Brazilian Lemonade, and Arnold Palmers. Along with Peach, Blueberry, Strawberry, and Blackberry flavorings.
Alcohol

Creative Executive Catering, Ltd. dba Cheers & Lakeside Chalet holds a liquor license. This means that all alcoholic beverages must be purchased through the facility, and must be served by a staff member. All service of alcoholic beverages will end 30 minutes prior to the scheduled end of the facility rental. We reserve the right to cease alcohol service to an individual guest or all guests should a warranted situation arise without consultation or warning. No guest will be served in the absence of a valid form of identification stating their age to be 21 or older.
Hosted Bar
Hosts pay for all of the drinks on a per-guest basis. A hosted bar can be for the entire rental time, or a portion of the rental time.
Cash Bar
Guests pay for their own drinks on a per-drink basis. Cash bars will still require a bartender to be paid for by the hosts. The alcohol selection for cash bars is at Creative Executive Catering’s discretion.
Beer & Wine
Includes non-alcoholic package, plus domestic beers, and house wines. Includes: Budweiser, Bud Light, Yuengling, Yuengling Light, Yuengling Black & Tan, Michelob Ultra, Miller Light, Coors Light, Sam Adams, Rebel IPA, Blue Moon.
House wines are Yellowtail, and Sutter Homes varieties.
Beer & Wine, and Well Drinks
Includes Basic Bar Set Up, and Beer and Wine Package, with the addition of well liquors: Tequila, Rum, Vodka, Scotch, Bourbon, Amaretto, Triple Sec and Peach Schnapps.
Call Brand Package
Includes Non-Alcoholic package, Beer & Wine Package, as well as call brand liquor with mixers. Call Brand Liquors will include: Smirnoff, Tanqueray, Bacardi Silver, Malibu, Johnnie Walker Red, Jose Cuervo Silver, Jack Daniels, Seagrams 7, Southern Comfort, and Jim Beam.
Premium Brand Package
Includes Non-Alcoholic Package, Beer & Wine Package, Call Brand Liquors and these Premium Liquors: Grey Goose Vodka, Bombay Sapphire, Bacardi 8, Glenmorangie, Patron, Crown Royal, Makers Mark, Galliano, Johnnie Walker Black, Jameson, and Disaronno.
Champagne Toast
One bottle of house champagne per table, with pre-set champagne glasses at each place setting.
Margarita Machine
Includes choice of one mix: Lime, Strawberry, Pina Colada, Peach, or Blue Hawaiian.
**Alcoholic Beverage Policy:**
The management and staff of Creative Executive Catering (CEC) take the following matters very seriously, not only out of respect for the law, but also for the safety of our guests and staff. All alcoholic beverage sales and service are subject to the rules and regulations of the Ohio State Liquor Control Board. CEC reserves the right to refuse to sell to or serve any person, when it is in CEC’s sole opinion and judgement, that such a sale or service would constitute an infraction of the regulations. No beverage, alcoholic or otherwise, may be brought into the facility from the outside.
- NO ID, NO SERVICE! All guests must provide a valid ID showing proof of the legal age 21. Please make your guests aware of our policy.
- All alcohol service will end no later than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled end of the event.
- No beer, wine, liquor, or alcohol of any kind may be brought on to the property by any guest. Alcohol being consumed by guests not purchased at the facility may result in loss of security deposits, or expulsion from the property.
- CEC reserves the right to cease alcohol service to an individual, guest, or all guests should a warranted situation arise without consultation or warning.
- “Doubles” will not be served during open/host bars
- Requests for brands outside of the packages or house brands will be priced on an individual basis, and will be added to your final bill. Unopened special purchases of beer and wine, left over after the event, will be sent with the hosts. NO special purchases of liquor can leave the property. Special requests of beer and wine must be purchased in full case quantities.
